Job Opening - Human Resources Director

The City of Espanola is seeking an experienced professional to serve as its Human Resources Director. The position reports directly to the City Manager and is responsible for all aspects of personnel management and records maintenance including, recruiting, benefits, drug testing, workmen’s compensation, employee training, risk management, safety, union negotiations, personnel policy compliance and employee grievances.

Requires a minimum of five (5) years of direct experience in Personnel Management.
