The class entails a combination of Calisthenics, Yoga, Tai-Chi, Plates, Strength training, some kickboxing, jump rope, jogging and running. Just to name a few. The class is never the same. to get the results, you have to do the work! you will be encouraged to go beyond your limits but always listening to your body. Ages 18 and over.
