The U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration (EDA) is considering a request for Federal assistance from Rio Arriba County to construct the Arriba Empowerment Center Expansion and Renovation Project in Espanola, Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), EDA is conducting an environmental review of the potential of the proposed project to affect the environment and/or historic properties.
The project will renovate interior spaces of the buildings to provide for additional training and community facility space. The project will be located at 714 Calle Don Diego, Espanola, NM.
